Simple medieval armor test produced to familiarize myself with Marvelous Designer. I began with the pattern design in MD over the top of a female avatar, and used the cloth simulation to define the large forms. I then exported to Mudbox to use the auto re-topology feature, and afterward imported the scene into ZBrush, where I recomputed all the low subdivision levels and sculpted the smaller details. The chainmail is a nanomesh with some holes punched in the projection mesh to get the gaps and impurities.
